rsmit212I've put in a bid on a house. Really nice, they are leaving practically everything. Washer, dryer, fridge, stove (gas), dishwasher, microwave....
Nice little bungalow. Two bedrooms downstairs, one up stairs. Basement is semi finished and has a two 1/2 car garage.
The only thing I saw that I'd need to do soon is replace the garage door. It's starting to rust out at the bottom.
Of course the private inspection may point to other problems... ;-)
