My house inspection results...
Overall, not too bad.
Need GFI plugs in kitchen.
Roof has 3 layers so the next time it needs work = full strip and replace but the top layer looks good.
Some minor electrical work (i.e. reverse polarity in some plugs...)
Electric mast on the outside needs to be firmed up.
Garage door needs to be replaced soon.
Need to get my cousin the electrician to work on the wiring of the breaker box. Nothing drastic, just some "clean up".
Really, overall, not a bad report, I think. We'll see what my realtor says. ;-)

Actually, there is an offer. Now we can re-negotiate the offer or walk away based on the inspection.
