Yeah what a dumb ass. Schinier had this in his blog, and Marm posted about this too. If you read it close the story doesn't hold up at all. There's no such thing as a "DHS agent", DHS is made up of individual agencies, that right there should have been the tip off. There's enough 4th amendment erosion to worry about with out people making up stupid stories to begin with.
I tell you what, GK.. as soon as the President and his handlers admit they bullshitted us into an entirely unnecessary war, just as soon as George is frogmarched out of Das Weibe Hause for illegal wiretapping and a hundred other piles of bullhonkus he's perpetrated since being installed in the Oval Office with the aid of his father's hand picked Supreme Court Justices I'll get right on worrying about one lefty.
I should however add that this gimp ain't doing anybody any favors, least of all us traitorous liberal hippie scum. George and this "Administration" are doing a good enough job shooting themselves in the foot. They don't need help.
